I was able to try this food truck out while they were on Tinker AFB for lunch..
I got 3 chicken tacos
-The chicken was heavily flavored with smoke; very smokey taste.. (overpowering)
-The chicken comes shredded
-The chicken was slightly spicy (good thing)
After eating 3 tacos, the smokey after taste can get overbearing..
The fried taco shell was nice and soft
They have options where you get chips as a side, but no melted cheese on top of the chips? So I'm not sure I understand that logic, with just eating plain tortilla chips?
Price was expensive! 3 Tacos cost me $10
I would not come back to this spot, due to the price being so high and the overwhelming aftertaste of the chicken, which seemed to make my throat tighten and partially close up intermittently, which last a couple hrs.. Sheesh!! -

I'm surprised no one has reviewed Blue Donkey Cafe. It's a total Mom and Pop food truck. I'm usually not huge on Tex-Mex but this cafes unique sides have me loving Tex-Mex. They have two sides: Donkey Poo and Black Beans.
Donkey Poo, what's that? Think guac but with cucumbers added. Sounds interesting but I promise it's delicious and refreshing.
As far as the Black Beans- they are Tex-Mex done right. They are perfectly paired with corn, tomatoes, cheese, onions and sour cream.
The tacos come in both chicken and beef. The tacos weren't anything special to be honest. But I will say they are very fresh.
Overall this is a great place to check out at your next food truck event. The owners are very nice and provide excellent service. Good food and good service is always a win. -

Tried a chicken, and beef taco with corn,donkey poo. It was really flavorfull! you can taste the peppers and seasoning in each which was awesome.
I didn't get any smokiness out of the meat so no complaints on that front.( Read previous reviews before going).
The corn was good and I really enjoyed the donkey poo as well, needs a few more chips on the side for it but it delicious.
If this is near and it seems like a taco night you wont go wrong with this. -

donkey poo rocks! The reason you might find yourself with only chips?...because the chips stand alone as the best damn chips i've had in this town, especially with donkey poo. Great tacos no matter what you choose. Looking forward to next time.
